Default clocking the middle of the turbo???

i have a t3 60-1 which is water cooled and oil fed. my turbo has the water feed and return north and south and the oil feed and return east west. i was wondering how do you clock the middle section so i can make it the oppostie...oil feed and return running north south and the water cool section running east west. I already clocked the compressor side. also on the turbo it has 4 bolts on the middle housing section.....

unbolt the compressor side and the turbine side. i had to put mine in a vise and bing on it with a hammer to rotate to turbine side. it worked tough...

damn, bitch! That's a vice! if you want to know where to grind your block you'd have to let someone know what kind of manifold you're using, but the best way is to try and fit it all together...grind a bit, then repeat as necessary. I had to grind a good bit and it's still jacked, because when I torqued it down with the intake pipe on, it hit and I have an exhaust leak=slow spooling.

yeah im using a drag3 manifold and a t3 60-1 turbo. we tried to fit it, but the compressor housing is hitting the webbing on the block. anyone tried using a dremmel to shave the webbing on the block or is that a bad idea.
