Choosing a CR

But at the same time, traction is so different from car to car. At one point, my Integra had lots of trouble hooking 560 WHP with an ITR transmission and LSD, no traction bar, but Yoko A048 205-50-15. The car was crap, and I figured that's the most I can ever make with this car.
A simple LSD upgrade, Fullrace traction bar and PIC coilovers allowed me to hook up to 650 WHP clean on a nice summer day. Everything was identical, same engine/turbo/power level, same tires, same gear ratios. I went with a Quaife/Wavetrac LSD + traction bar was basically the reason why I ended up with 650+ WHP right now. I don't make the power unless I can enjoy it...lol
Such basic upgrades can make such a drastic difference, so I don't even bother doubting people anymore. Tire size is such a miniscule factor when regarding traction at rolling speeds.
How the power comes on, weight at each wheel (corner balancing), tires ETC.... the road you are on, temperature so many factors....
I have no quafe/lsd or traction bars. Just a well setup car

Just believe you blow tires off doesn't mean your car is fast.. i hate this common anology. A properly aligned, wheel/tire setup, and suspension setup will hook very well.
yea but the nitto gen tires arnt really that sticky. i got a proper aligntment and suspension except for a traction bar. the neogen wants to break loose at 280tq on 3rd gears with a gsr non lsd tranny.
Not sure, i can just say that i set the car up to be a street tire car. Not many people dip into the 11's on a 205 non drag radial street tire in a FWD car... It is within 5lbs on the 2 front tires with me in the car..
