Default Chipped ECU

Can you chip your ecu if you have a jrsc??? Do they interfere with each other? Does the chip that increases redline to 8200 rpm put a lot more wear and tear on your engine? Im sorry if these are dumb questions i searched but did not find anything. Thx.

A chip to increase your redline is not going to help unless the head is built to handle it and by looking at your sig it's not, so dont do it. If this chip is designed for NA setups then it's not going to work well with your JSRC since it advances timing and increases your chances of detonation.
