I was on e-bay and did a cold air intake search and was wondering if a couple of those could be pieced together for a nice diy intercooler piping kit? Anybody ever try this? The one for the celica gt-s looked like it may work to go from the turbo to the IC then a 00 si to finish it from the IC to throttle body. Maybe a elbow would be needed also. Would this be worth it, they looked like nice pipes.

someone did do this... they bought one of those front mount CAI with filters that look like intercoolers... made out of aluminum... mandrel bends... for about 100 bucks...
