Default Charge pipe blowing off..

Got one thats not bead rolled and the charge pipe seems to keep coming off the coupling at high boost. Some say to put spot weld on them but im afraid putting a hole into it...any ideas?

if you dont want to weld it you can flare out the ends alittle of the piping with some vise grips or an adjustable wrench...(kinda ghetto but works)

you can also weld a bead around the very end of the piping which helps also.
I think thats what wade was refering to when he meant bead roll (I think)

if your woried about your welding and dont want to take it to a shop.

If you get the tool, yes. But since this is a one time thing, just take it to an exhaust shop like everyone says. I had beads welded to all my pipes and none of them burned through.
