changing intercoolers?
will switching to a much larger intercooler affect my tune? is it something i need to worry about? i am thinking it might cause me to go lean maybe. i know my old intercooler had to be restricting my 2" core about 10" tall. now 3" core and 20" tall
pushing like 20psi around 400 wheel with old intercooler

Re: changing intercoolers?
The different level of airflow will probably change it a bit. Just got to throw it on and see. I definitely had atleast a half point change to the lean side when I went from a 350hp to a 600 or 650 hp intercooler; both being Precision units.
Do you have a wideband to help you monitor what it's doing? If so, just do a pull and watch it. Lift off the throttle if you see 12.x.

Re: changing intercoolers?
Your missing a measurement...
Anyhoe, yes you will need a re-tune. Dims are not the only things that affect you. The inter-coolers efficiency could drastically change the air temps or could actually decrease flow and drop pressure
Knowing what you were running (brand and size) vs. what you are running now (brand and size) could help us help you.
