change head gasket??

I'm installing a T25 turbo(5-7lb boost) on a GS-R.
Considering I can get 94 Oct. pump gas anywhere, do I need to change head gaskets to lower compression?

no need to do anything. that small turbo wont do much more than put a little strain on the motor.
