cel when boostin for a couple of seconds?

cel when boostin for a couple of seconds?
i get cel when boostin for a couple of seconds in third gear, my gauge shows only 5psi at the most, i even haave a missing link on my map sensor. isnt the stock map sensor suppose to handle even 10 - 12 psi of boost?
ill be getting a chipped ecu in a couple of weeks but just want to know what is up with this. might even have the same problem with the chipped ecu will i?

is the missing link installed correctly?
the stock map can handle 11.2 IF THE ECU CAN INTERPRET THE POSITIVE PRESSURE.
