Sounds like a problem with teh ECU, replace and check. I have also found that pinched or shorted injector or O2 wires also cause problems.

if you have jumped the service connector and it doesn't blink it is just a random misfire. happened to me right after i installed safc before going turbo. reset it and see if it comes back on. make sure you jump the connector to read the code though.

You mention 3 bar map. If you are running a Hondata ECU with a P28 and have the knock sensor enabled you wiull get a CEL with no code.
