CEL on B16a2, what is the problem ??

I have a B16a2 with stock internals, 370cc injectors and a AEM adjustable fpr with stock fuelpunp. When we first started her she lighted the CEL directly...but after fiddling with the VAFC it is running very smooth indeed 3psi 1st gear 6psi on second and 7-8 psi on third which is as much we have set the wastegate for now...we will be running 10 psi as soon we get this problem solved. Every like 4-5 testrun the CEL goes on...why ? my settings are 1-5k -38%, 6-9k -37%. and it doesnt really matter if I go up to -35% or even -45%..still lights that damn light....but only when you stomp it...if you run it nice...it doesnt light up...WHY DAMN IT ?! Pls help me solv this problem !!!
