Yesterday i finished installing my turbo on my 1994 inegra ls. I installed by myself, and once finshed i started it to make sure it ran fine. I drove it to my tuner, not even going over 2 grand, i had turbo flutter and my check engine light came on.

My questions are, is there anyway i can get rid of turbo flutter even though i did not even go into boost. Also i dont have time, because of school, to look into my CEL, could you guys please give me some opinions on what could have caused it.

Looking at your CEL takes one minute and a paperclip. If you can't do that then there is no way anyone can - or frankly even wants to - help you.
