I am getting CEL #91 which is for the Fuel Tank pressure sensor.

I have a helms and it is not in the helms. I have the 1996 helms and the 1997 supplement. I hooked up the PGM tester to my car and its reading 5Volts, oppose to the normall 2.5Volts.

NONE of the diagrams in my helms mention anything about the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. if you can help me locate it, I can maybe troubleshoot it some more.

Let me know if you know the exact location of the fuel tank pressure sensor.

And dont tell me its near the fuel tank.

I had a code 90 which was a evap leak around the fuel tank area..., turns out I have a leak in one of the evap line on the firewall..

I bought an extra Evap canister, since I had thought that was the reason for the code 90...

but, I'll check my helms later...
