What setup? Any recent mods?

For most cars, the PA sensor is in the ECU.

PA sensor is on the ECU motherboard, not that that is any indication of what the actual problem is.

Have you talked to any other AFC hacked OBD2.5 people? Most with the newer car owners have the skinny for a more sophisticated engine management system. I'll take a stupid wild *** guess based on zero experience and say the gross difference between the PA and MAP sensors at KOEO (key on engine off) is clicking the code. Earlier ECUs don't work like that, not that I'm saying yours does either - just a wild guess.

I can tell you what would fix it right away, and you need to do it anyway to fix your botchy AFC hacked ignition timing. An OBD1 adapter harness and a P28 chipped for B16 w/ ignition retard. You could also go OBD1/Hondata or one of those AEM setups everyone else is fond of, if you want more boost on down the road.
