Default catch can setup, will this work?

i have a greddy catch can, (it was free, don't bitch about me wasting money). i ran 1 line from the PCV valve to the can and the other line from the can to the intake pipe coming off my turbo. does that seem right?

You meant to say what I have bolded correct?

What you propose will work, but it can be better.

First off, I'd put some aluminum mesh in the can for added surface area. Then I'd remove the PCV valve altogether and replace it with a straight male/male connector.

You go even further, you can also remove one of the block plugs in the back and run a line from there to the other hole, tap a hole in the top of the can and put on a breather filter.

Remove the PCV valve and run the line straight from the black box to the catch-can. Then run the other line back to the valve cover.

I would recommend putting a breather filter on the catch-can though.

lol, seems like its going to cause an instant smoke screen.

i still dont know why people run the line from the catch tank into the inlet of the turbo.....

provides vacuums to pull the oil out of the PCV valve. you can't pull from the intake manifold if your boosted because when in boost it will pressurize the crank case.

anyone have a write up on hooking it right to the black box?
