haha i dont think that slight bit of extra oil is your problem. Try mounting the catchcan higher so it can drain back.

maby runing the lines over the intake manfoild would help? It just looks cleaner when **** is hidden

run the drainback into the hole for the factory black box, just make sure the catch can is mounted higher than the hole for the black box

i just mounted it near my AEM Fuel Filter thats as high as it will go, and i moved the lines over the intake manifold, im about to take it for a test drive and see if that helped

yea anything i guess to sit it higher. My friend's motor used to fill one up in like a day and it was a huge *** catch can too because he had it mounted on level with the hole.

it seems like the 2 taps in the valve cover are too low.
you need to tap the valve cover where the oil baffle is at.... otherwise it just blows out all the oil splashing around.

also. please comsider which direction the oil is moving, while you are moving foward..... it will get slammed against the rear of the valvecover. that combined with the crankcase pressure is sure to push alot of oil. also, you will have better results with a larger diameter hose.
