Cars Sputtering & Bogging.....
the setup is:
sleeved block stock ecu, stock injectors, msd 6al, msd dist cap, ext coil, rpm 70mm throttle body, aeromotive pump and filter. The car was stolen last year and the bastard thieves cut the passenger side chassis side plugs. I resoldered new plugs on and triple checked all the wiring & everything seems ok.
The car bogs and sputters real bad at wot almost like its hitting a revlimiter & at partial throttle acceleration isnt smooth. At idle when i hit the gas the car almost cuts off. I dont have any check engine lights and i've already replaced the distributor, ecu, rotor & engine harness.
Ive tryed almost everything anyone have any ideas?

It's possibile that during the cutting of wires they *could* have grounded out the map sensor or TPS sensor, both of these things would give bad readings to the ECU.
Check voltage and continuity on the sensors and wires going to them.

I didnt mean actually grounding out now, but if they were grounded out, thre is a possibilty that they arent reading properly.
You have to remeber a CEL is when the sensor reports back to the ECU that something isnt working, not that it's reading wrong.

Oh yeah. Some of the pupils in "400whp on pump gas , what are the secrets tuner gurus!!" could answer this one for ya, but the answer my friend is that you are blowing the spark out. Drop the gap down .02 and go down from there. You'll see the problem lessen. Then, get some iridums then run +.06 over stock GL

i dont have any codes & the gap shouldnt be a problem right now since everything is stock on the motor except for the sleeves and low compression pistons. I dont have a turbo on it yet and i have an msd ignition.

Just because you are not boosted does not mean you aren't blowing out spark. It seems that yours is worse than normal, but to test it, simply drop the gap in plugs. I guarantee the problem will lessen. The from there, go and inspect your wires and see if that's the problem, and check the ignition leads.
Or, it could be the TPS...
I hate online diagnostics.
