CARB question.
Ok I have a 91 CRX w/b18c and was wondering.....
It is possible to get you engine transplant CARB certified, but as to an aftermarket turbo kit such as Greddy they do not make a CARB exempt kit for my car. Would it still be legal to use a CARB exempt kit that IS made for the engine that I have in my car or does the eo# have to cover my car and the engine I have?
