Every thing should bolt right up. You will need the harness only if you change ECUs. I would go buy a HELMS service manual. Tag all the wires an hoses as you take them apart. Put all bolts, nuts and, parts in baggies and tag them. Rent a engine hoist. Ive tried both ways of installing a motor, with a hoist and jacking the car up and pushing motor under the lowering the car and jacking the motor up. It worth the rental fees to get the hoist save alot of fighting and headaches. While the new engine out you might want to change the timing belt, water pump and, oil pump. I have done it twice in my car and another time in a friends car.
Take your time.
