Well took a whole lot of hours but today got the turbo back on after lots of cuts, bruises, coolant spills, oil spills.... a few exhaust leaks.... The car is running again with its "rebuilt" turbo thats nice and clean and fully functional with a few new parts and polished/balanced wheels and painted centersection and turbine side.

Gonna drive it around in a few mins...

Oh also hooked up the wideband o2 and its working so far, idle A/F is 14.7 What are all you other wideband users ideling at?

I'll let you know how the driving goes.

 

Well car is running good, a few bubbles in coolant after 5 min drive (hopefully cause I didn't let everything clear up long enough with the cap off) but nothing since, no misfire codes yet, turbo spools nice and strong, no leaks
