Default Car ran a-ok... but now it wont start

I just finished installing my motor and luckily it cranked up first time. I let it idle for a while, then idled it around 3500 for 10min. I shut it off to run inside for a minute and to inspect for leaks. No leaks. I started it back up and it was fine. I shut it off then later went out to crank it up again and now it wont even turn over.

When I go to start the car, the whole dash resets itself. The AVC-R resets itself as well as the gauges and you can hear the fuel pump re-priming itself. What the hell is going on here? I have checked tapped the starter, checked all fuses (zero blown), replaced the ignition coil and checked all wiring.

Why all of a sudden after the motor started right up and ran fine it is now not even cranking up and just resetting itself?

Upon further inspection, i noticed i had a cable from my hondata unit exposed and it could have hit metal. The hondata red light comes on when the car is turned to ignition position 2 though.

Thanks for the help.
