Car is Over Boosting, why??

We finished the turbo install, but theres a problem. The wastegate is supposed to run 6-7 psi right? Its boosting at 11. What could be the problem with that??

maybe a vaccum leak. check your lines.

Internal or external? What turbo?

its an external wastegate (Deltagate), on a t3/t4 turbo.

you could have a different spring in there beside the 6-7psi one....my buddy had a 35psi spring in his, even though it still said 7 on the outside...

...Thats prolly your problem right there... i hated my deltagate it boost krept soooooooooo bad
