car over boost Please help

Default car over boost Please help

HI
A friend have a civic 96 whit a B16a turbo,crower rods,type R intake,8.0:1Je pistons,FMU,and GSR ECU,delta gate markII from turbonetics,drag manifold garret t3\t04 60\63 and the car is boosting to 10psi whit the waste gage remove from the manifold what is happenig we've check all posible things for this to hapen and the problem is there.
Whit the waste gage on the car goes 15psi when the vtec kicks in.
we've change the waste gage for a new one for 7psi and the car still kicks 15psi we change the gauge and still 15psi.

Please help me.ASAP

Sounds like your getting some boost creep, and beacsue of this your spiking. Does your friend have an open wastegate setup?

Im assuming when your saying "waste gage" you mean waste gate correct?

the wastegate was remove for testing only cause the boost didn't drop fron 15psi.
yes is an open setup
