Default Car burns oil....a quart a week

ever since I got my bottom end/motor rebuilt (eagle rods, bored for arias pistons, also cam and minor head work/bigger turbo) I go through a quart of oil like every week....

I dont drip oil, my garage floor dosnt have a single drip....it must be all burning up in the cylinders.....is this normal for a built motor...? Is it something I should be worried about...? Cracked sleeve...?

there is some build up on the block like there is a leak....possibly from behind the motor...but it doesnt leak to the ground....

Shouldn't have babied it. The rings probably never sealed with the cylinder walls.

yup, sounds like rings went or something alike it. my friend was burning about a quart a week...turned out it was rings. we saw signs or running lean and etc in the header.
