can someone tell me what oil feed line size i have... i think its -3 but i wanna be sure
my line came from a drag 2 turbo kit...
i read somewhere that they came with a -4 line but mine looks like -3
im wondering bc my when i drive for quite a while... like 20 mins straight or for about 25-30 miles on the highway with my revs at 3500 or if i boost 17psi straight for like 2 hard pulls from 1-3rd...
i would get smoke coming out of my muffler when i come to a stop... it would only come out after i sit at a light for about 30 seconds right after the long drive or pulls. but it would stop after a min and never do it again until i drive for a long period of time again. normal traffic driving nothing would happen
not only that i have oil coming out of my compressor inlet... but i cant see anything leaking from the return line or DP
is this a -3 or -4

Looks like a -3. Take a picture with a ruler next to it and I can tell you for sure.

I concur... I'm running a 1/16th drilled fitting and couldn't be happier... total cost was like 6bucks I think.

well if i just so happen to run the right amount of oil into the turbo using my current line and fitting would a restrictor restrict more...
or does the restrictor only work if theres too much i dont wanna starve my turbo
like running a .06 or .04 restrictor... if its already that size now w/o a restrictor and i put one on will it let even less oil through or the same
oh yeah... on atpturbo it says a restrictor for t series... i have a gt35e will it work?

maybe its my return line thats casuing this
i never noticed that it was not that efficient as some...
i think im going to get another -10 fitting and make it straight intead of the ben like that
it goes down at a pretty good slope, but then it has to go all the way to the pan. it goes a good foot with out much slope at all very little
you can imagine, my turbo sits near my dizzy it goes down then has to make it to the pan... long way
