Can someone PLEASE help me out with a ZDyne tune?
Hey guys I really want to intall my ZDyne Gold, but I don't fully trust myself coming up with a base. If someone can hook up a basemap for my setup, or if someone is generous enough to hook up a tune, i'd REALLY appreciate it! The ZDyne ECU itself is a PM6. Here is my setup:
B18A - Bored .20
JE 9.2:1 Pistons
Eagle H-Beam Rods
DSM 450cc injectors
Stock map sensor for now
HKS Turbo Manifold
Garrett T28 Turbo
Spearco Intercooler
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
EF-1 L21 Cams
Skunk 2 Cam Gears
I know it can't be e-tuned to the T, but anything would be appreciated.
On a side note, is there any way the Zdyne can prevent the stock MAP from coding when it sees too much boost?

I actually traded a s200b w/datalogging for this. I'm OBD0, and I like on the fly tuning without having to burn new chips. After looking at it as a whole, ZDyne was better for me.

I have a great tune for you. Your setup was very simmilar to mine old setup. It was tuned with my buddies FJOWideband O2 for 450cc injectors. Very smooth idle and stock like driveability. Around 14.3 air fuel when crusing and 11.5 WOT. Fuel pressure has to be set to 43 with the vaccum line on. Email me at ssoutlaw24@hotmail.com and I will send it to ya over the weekend.

Hyundaidata is a headache. The OBD0 boost code from Zdyne is a better implementation, in my expert opinion. The only feature that is lacking is datalogging - there are several cheap solutions to this problem - and the only failure of the OBD0 system is the CRANK signal starts to invert around 9600 rpms... boo ******* hoo.
Get your base maps here, courtesy of Speed PHreak. A more hardcore stunna-like individual I would be hard pressed to find.
