Can someone identify, and how to connect this?
this piece came with a turbo kit that I bought, and I have no idea what it is and how to connect it. Is there anyone here have the experience of connecting this, please instruct me. your help is greatly appreciated

Fuel pressure regulator (FPR). Probably a rising rate.
If the vehicle is a return style fuel system then that goes after the stock FPR.
Take off the rubber hose from the stock FPR and put it on the nipple directly opposite the adjustment screw. Then run another hose from the other nipple to the stock FPR.
