I was just wondering if can put a a JRSC FMU with the RC 440 injectors and if i should install the thermostat to a 160*F unit.

Man U FTW
There are so many other options available today, there's no reason to run something as primitive as the FMU. Get yourself a chipped ECU and run Crome. Its cheap and easy...and it'll work a ton better than an FMU.

Throw the FMU away and get a tune please, just chip your ecu and run chrome or something. Yeah FMU's used to work and they WORK but there are a lot of things that work BETTER these days.

You will have horrific issues with a larger injectors AND a FMU.. its one or the other, FMU is for stock injectors. Like everyone has said, crome, uber, etc
