Default Can a Dart block be daily driven?

I'm looking at buying a gsr block and building for boost. I'm pretty sure the Dart blocks are the strongest option but can they be used in a daily driver?

My cooling system is currently working fine and I have a Fluidyne half rad (EG chassis) in place.

I drive mine every day, no problems. I have the half-width Fluidyne in an EK. I also track it on the weekends. It's a great block, but kind of overkill for most stuff and the casting is a mess when you first get it.
