Default Cams, Valvetrain & headwork

Hi guys, I need some urgent help. To most who probably will not remember any of my previous posts, I am from South Africa & own a b16a vtec, 4 door Civic sedan, 1999 model, which I am in the process boosting. My goal is around 450whp & I want to rev to 10000rpm, realistically 9500.

These are my engine components:
Precision SC32 turbo
880cc Precision injectors
GReddy dumpvalve
Tial Wastegate
Wiseco Pistons
Eagle rods
ARP's
AEM fuel rail
Walbro 255lph
Custom intake
GSR girdle, sump, pickup, etc...
Posted block
ACL race bearings
Snow performance boost cooler
Cometic headgasket (I may stick with the stock Honda one)
Ingalls damper
Avid mounts
STR cam gears
Gotech mini X management
manual boost controller

There is probably more that I can't remember right now.

I have some questions that I need URGENT answers to:
My first question is what cams & valvetrain to achieve my goal? I currently have GSR cams, & I was offered a Z-Speed/Toser valvetrain at a good price (40.9/19.5mm. 2.65kg/mm, free length/coil bind?) Perhaps Skunk Pro 1, or Buddy Club Stage 1 (the equivalent of the Pro 1)?

The other question is that I recently overhauled the head, but I was wondering if I should have done some headwork? Is it neccessary as I was told that it would only result in negligible gains. Without the headwork, I would still achieve my target. My problem is that I was told the headwork needs to be done in a particular manner, or it my result in power loss if done incorrectly. Locally, Hondas are not wildly popular, so engineers may not have the neccessary info on what needs to be done. The other problem is that I will have to buy another set of valve stem seals, seeing as the head has already been done.

I look forward to all of the valuable knowledge you guys have to impart.

I would do a ported head with supertech valvetrain if you plan to rev that high. I have both just to be on the safe side. For cams, I would say ITR or Blox B. ITR is a favorite to many on here, how ever blox b's are becoming more known now and have been prooven to make good power at low boost

I'm in Durban. I don't think the run is happening here. I have spoken to Riaan & he suggested a Brian Crower valvetrain & cams. Jakes suggested a Supertech valvetrain & to stick with the GSR cams, then somebody suggested something else......... So I came here to confirm with the Honda-tech experts, if they concur with any of our local tuners. Regarding the headwork too.

Getting ITR cams locally will cost just about the same as getting Skunks or Blox, so maybe those rather. Any other opinions, cams, valvetrain & headdwork?

Junaid - for 400whp you'll max out the SC32 ( I personally think its abit small for your overall goal with the car)

On 400 whp cams wont make a huge difference - GSR's will get you there
