Cam Timing

Currently I have only my exhaust cam slightly retarded as it made good power when i was NA. JDM B18C. now that I'm FI, what would be ideal cam timing? Also I am still on the stock cams.

I would at least zero them out, with the exhaust retarded you are increasing overlap.
