Ls/vtec/turbo
Stock ls bottom end w/ gsr head on 9 lbs
Skunk2 intake manifold, Garett 57 trim .63 ar
Ended up with -4 on the exhaust cam and 0 on the intake cam.

i was searching thru some old threads and someone said that cam timing on an b18 non-vtec worked best at 0-0. just wondering if people have had the same results with different cam setups

Re: (mrbsponge)
yeah,
for a totally stock motor..
**** 0-0 is probably ur best bet.
but once you start running some crazier stuff,
hefty camlobes, better flowing everything(IM intake, ports) exhaust,
higher compression, blah blah blah
then yeah cam timing should definetely make a difference.
at least thats how my mind sees it.
