Default Cam suggestions for N2o+H22 setup?

I notice that most beginner FI guys use stock cams. I was originally looking into Crower Stg2 before I decided to go with N2o......
I am going to run an 80 shot with stock internals, but after the build I would like to add cams. Would the Crower still be an option or would some sort of custom grind be the way to go. I am looking to run a 100-125 DP setup after I build the guts.
I feel like a newbie all over again in the FI world!

Brad can make you some custom ground cams...with the proper specs for your setup.
