Default Want to get my d16 to around 250 whp

I want to get my d16 to 250 whp so i can take on v8s. I would like a list of parts i would need with prices. I have about 2500 give or take. I was thinking of an:

Greddy Turbo Kit
Greddy Intercooler
BOV
BOV Flange

is this a good deal for 2500? I would also like a tial external wastegate. Will that work with the greddy kit? Or should i go with a t3/4 turbo?

I'm not so sure that 250hp can be had for $2500 with a greddy kit. If you fabbed some of your own ****, sure, but since you're looking at a kit, It doesn't look that way. maybe bring your goal down to ~200hp or throw some more $$ at it.

Your not going to get much help asking to be spoon fed information like that. Do a search for dyno plots. Take a look at what the guys with ~250 have done. I would reccomend NOT going with a hybrid turbo, for 250whp, a straight T3 in teh 60/63/60 trim varity should be fine, not really sure on teh greddy kit.. i havent really looked into mitsu turbos, one would think that it would be fine for 250whp

we made 200whp at 10psi on our bone stock single cam. but that is a custom kit. with a greddy youll make about 170whp. give or take.

Oil return kit
3” exhaust
ARP head studs
Labor, Inspection, R&R, Engine Assembly
OBD2>OBD1 conversion harness

I saw someone that made 206Whp on 6psi with the garrett .60/.63 60-trim T3 on a D16Z6.

I'm having a hard time letting go of my instant boost making WRX turbo... I have the SVO turbo on stand-by.

Build a custom kit and get a ton of knowlegde. knowlegde is power ( at least most the time ).

The 15G can get you in the 240-260 range. But if you went with Greddy's kit for 96+ D series it'll be a sure bet. Since they come with a 19T turbo.
