Is there any way to repair a few scored cam journals? Can they be welded and bored or is it kind of a buy a new head kind of thing? I would imagine that it's cheaper than buying a new head if it is possible. I remember reading something in a thread a while back about a cam journal being scored, but I can't seem to find the thread. I figured I'd try here since my car is boosted and the timing belt snapped at 15psi of boost and 8K rpm's...I know there's gotta be some sympathy here...
