Cam gear settings?

I'm running a b-16a2 with ITR head. I have CTR cams for now. Cams were left from all motor car before turbo. I was wondering if anyone has used these and if so what is the best setting for cam gears?

every car is different, to get the most out of your cam gears, you have to dyno it.
