lol ok what im wanting to do is a rear mount turbo setup on my daily 98 ford taurus 3.0 but i was wanting to know is why couldnt i just fill the turbo center with a really good oil like 20w50 mobile one and just change it like every 1500 miles cuz i dont really want to run oil lines and a pump. i know that do this with pro chargers so why cant we doing it with a turbo ?? thanks

 

the oil will probably heat up and wear out faster. plus, that a pretty think oil. you biggest problem will not be feeding the turbine. it will be getting the oil return to the oil pan...

 

i know but i dont want to run oil lines im trying to do this with about 200.00 i got the turbo and the intercooler so need some info why i cant just oil it with no lines

 

and im talking about pluging the drain and filling it up and then pluging the top and then change it in 1500 miles

 

trying to turbo anything for 200 is a mayor FAIL.

 

Your first problem is your budget. You cant get something for nothing.
