Default Calling All Tuners

Im Gonna be street tuning my Turbo Civic and I am using the PLX wideband system and using the VAFC hack. Whats should i try to tune the air/fuel mixture to in order to get the best gains. So pretty much whats the best air/fuel mix

id keep it a hair under 12:1 under boost.

And 14.7 in vacuum just cruising.

First thing you need to do is to get some engine management if you dont want to grenade your motor from advanced timing in boost.

2nd would be to look at the Uberdata and HomeMadeTurbo message boards to figure out what parts of the vacuum/pressure maps you need to tune to what A/F.

Just chip your ECU and run Uberedata, its $25 and you can make back cash on your VAFC.

Yeah, if you already have a wideband, then all you need is chipping supplies and you can run uberdata.

Retard your timing via distributor (if you are obd1) about 5-6 degrees.
