dude jus go turbo, find an boost dependent fmu n start doing some custom fab. stuff... make ur manifold for less then 50 bux, got ur turbo already, buy some u bends n make ur own piping, create ur down pipe, leave stock injectors n fuelpump n just stay under like 5 or 6 psi. you'll spend less then that 800 and you'll be fine, do regular checks as far as oil n all that goes, swap out ur plugs to 1 step colder ngk's from your local race shop. retard the timing a bit.... people say its a pain, i made my turbo kit for like 500 dollars. its in and im lovin it. being 16 and have a turbo car you'll get so much respect and the bitches will love you cuz all the guys will be talkin bout u and ur car. girls will hear ur name so much they'll wanna meet you but i say jus go for it. where do you live? maybe i can help you...

 

i live in mn. are there any online places where u can buy the equipment to start welding? where can i get pipes from to make the piping, manifold, and downpipe?

 

I used to work at mcdonalds when i had my teg at 16. I was in your shoes at one point. You should save your 800 dollars and put it in the bank. Just chill and learn as much as possible from honda-tech.

You can do better with that money, use it for college. Once you graduate from college or get a better job, you can afford a custom turbo kit and much more. Take your time, good luck.
