Default BW users ???

whats up guys.. my current build is a fully built ls/vtec and my goal is to make 700+ whp my E.t goal is LOW 10's and if so happens a 9.99 would be sick - will the bw s366 be able to produce those #'s or should i go s372? . keep in mind my car will also be driven on the streets a few times a week.

the s366 is a great turbo, the 372 will get you way more than your goal, i made a little over 700 and went 10.44 @ 139 with 22 psi.

look at the s370?

If there is any street use that you plan with this car, I would stay with the S366 as opposed to the S372. The S370 has very similar characteristics as the S372, with a bit less top end, and a much higher price tag than either unit. Use the .70A/R v-band if using the T3 flange. Go to the .83A/R if going T4.(the T4 variant also has a special v-band clamp and dp adapter that you'll need to purchase from your dealer, and no, a garrett won't just fit..)

i just noticed that the 370 is rather pricey. why?

Billet compressor wheel is probably the reason for the price difference.

i really like the s366. its easily a 9 second turbo, and still a blast to drive on the street.

here is a s366 on stock sleeves vs. another somewhat similar sized turbo at similar boost levels from a different manufacturer. (the 366 is up everywhere from the time you hit the gas until you let off)

Yep. This is why it is so high. It is also the reason why the S372 is the better choice.

I went 10.02@149.5 on my Bullseye S366 that I got from Tempest.

Car made just a few poinies over 700, if i remember it was 713hp, but that was on my MD dyno and everyone said from the MPH it was probably making about 740.

I loved the 366 it had the SAME spool as my old 35R, i never missed any ball bearing crap at all.

Im sure i could have run nines in it, just wanted to go bigger so I went to a 372.

I had the gull race non divided manifold also, but in T3

remember the T3 has hood clearance issues and the T4 does NOT as my hood shuits with my 372

yep, if you look in the drag racing section there is a thread about what i ran.

ran 6.60s in the 1/8th

i was running the .85AR hot side, and the standard regular 366 cold side.

was using the following:

84mm gsr, CPs and Eagles
JG pro series B16 head
Skunk2 cams
Endyne/AIR carbon intake manifold
78mm throttle body
fullrace t3 topmount
open downpipe
B16 trans, quaife
M&H 25inch slicks
hondata s200 tuned by me

nothin crazy just worked well and tuned well, all tuned at the 30 mark but only ran it at the track at like 28psi from the datalogs
