first of all there is no such thing as a 10psi turbo. the wastegate that comes witht he Max-Rev kit will regulate the boost to around 6psi. if all lyou want to boost is 10 psi then go witha greddy kit. there's less lag then a t3/t4 and it can boost 10 psi all day. if your going to run on stock internals then your going to need real good tuning. buya set of 440 or 550 injectors(550 will give you more slack then the 440's just in case you want to raise the boost) and get a hondata 2b. this is the best way and willl yield you with the best power and the best reliability. the other way you can do it is if you buy a set of at least 370's and no larger then 450's and use a V-AFC to control them, however 10 psi is the limit. I personally run 440's, VAFC, and an MSD btm and I have gone as high as 11 psi with mine on the stock motor. I do turn the boost down for daily driving though to around 8-9 psi. the best advice I can give you is read up on not so much turbo's but how to tune them. if you really want to turbo right away i would advise you to just put the turbo kit on and run no more then 6psi. not to insult you or anything but I feel you don't know enough to just slap on a turbo and go. if this is what you choose to do then 5-6psi will give you a little more slack to mess up with. if you have never drivena turbo honda before, don't get boost crazy just yet as soon as you run 6psi I guarantee you will be saying to the passenger in the car with you, "wholly **** I can beat anything right now!" things like weather and gas make a big difference in drivabilty with turbo so just try to find out more info first before you get crazy with boost

Thank you 94jdmsiR that was the type of answer I was tryin to get, thanks again.Ya I wont lie but I know jack **** about turbos lol.My homie owns the turbo rsx-s that was posted in the rsx forum an is sponsored by rev-hard so I can get some nice deals with them.Right now my car has ran a best of 13.4 with bolt ons an my goal is 11sec daily driven.I am comin into about 4gs so besides paintin my car I had plan on goin all motor or turbo an was curious what we be needed to strentghen the motor also.
