Default Built Sleeved H22 Turbo Reliability

Would a setup, around 7-10 psi, sleeved block with forged pistons, rods, and a dyno tune as well as upgrades to the head survive the miles of daily driving. Around 50 mile commute daily. How long could I expect this to last?

if its kept around 7 to 10 psi and it had a good tuner it could last a very long time.

the reliability and longevity is as good as the quality of the build and the tuning.
Just having the parts does not guarantee if it will last long. A full build like that can last as long as a regular stock engine if the build was good and tuning is precise for your setup.
