Which is stronger and more reliable for turbo and the price?

I personally like the way GE does there sleeving, but you can puchase a "fully built" resleeved block (2.0L) from JG for $3000...It may cost alittle more then building up the motor yourself, but it will save time and effort in the long run! Such as: it comes to you ready to be bolted up to the car! That saves alot of effort. Well thats just my opinion. But, when it comes building my block I will send it out to GE!
