you might be running super rich, which is causing the bogging at 4500...but as for the low compression numbers...did u pull the Fuel injection fuse? pull all the plugs out, and do the compression test while pressing the accelerator to the floor.
i remember at school once i did a compression check with all plugs in, and no WOT, and i got a 90 psi reading across the board. i was laughed at that day since no one wanted to believe me about the "correct" procedure. the next day i did it right, and got 195 across.

Yeah the compression test was done correctly.
The thing that just makes me wonder is why all of the sudden the car would start sputtering, never did it till that one day and now it does it all the time.

Sputtering actually went away. Got a full tank of gas in the car and then realized that someone drilled a hole in the tank from the inside of the car possibly while trying to ground an amp. to the owner, i leave for 5 days and he almost blows himself up.
