Default Building a turbo block

I am building a turbo motor, b18c1. Besides Rods/pistons/blockguard. What would I need to add to safely run around 20 lbs boost? I am still getting parts and nothing has been put together , yet...

I had a question for everyone here. wouldn't it better to sleeve the block rather than getting a block guard? I have always thought/heard that re-sleeving the block would be stronger and better.
