Go crazy with it.... 87mm sleeves, Deckplate from Vince at Golden Eagle ...
Or if you wanna keep it simple just do a 84mm sleeve and build it up from there.

I would run stock compression or higher (10:1+) forged pistons.
t3/t04e will not make it easy to hit that 500whp mark. Do you even know what trim compressor you want? Try a sc60 turbo.
Not to be an ***, but if you are aiming that high, you should do more research. Your doing what I did before. Throw up some huge number to shoot for, but make posts like these that prove you need more research to do. Just search the archives for these topics which have beaten to hell.

well im putting down 306hp to the wheels with my stock Gsr motor...and it able to do more..but i dont wanna blow it so i dont think 500 is asking to much...
One of my boys has his motor bored to a 2.0 and running a Greddy kit and hes putting 526 down...

Depends. Do you want either high compression+less boost or low compression+high boost to reach your goal?
I personally went 10:1 (some consider this high). I choose not to go lower than stock compression because I like the fact that it will give me a faster turbo spool, lower intake temps since I dont need as much boost to get high numbers, easier daily driving when not boosting, broader power band, ect...
Advantages of lower compression is ability to run lot more boost, run more timing to make more power, less likely to preignite or detonate, larger margin for error when tuning, BUT its a dog on the low end, slower turbo spool, higher intake temp....
This is a very brief cliff note on the differences. Search and find tons more good info.

try sleeve kit from darton, stock bore, 9:5:1comp,deck plate, and anything better than stock rods, build the head too, run between 15-20psi, youll make plenty of power.
