Will these kits have the same calibration issues in the EMS as the FJO, TechEdge, etc.. Just wondering if AEM has made a simple solution to getting the EMS to properly read the WB02 values, since they don't have a display out yet I am assuming so.

they have correct it in there information list that i got it state "
THE AEM UEGO controller has a very low curent draw and features both 0-5v and 0-1v calibarated outputs to mimic the factory narrow band sensor."
This therefore should elminate any issues with your AEM and the UEGO controller

LOL... I have skipped over those threads since I have the FJO kit, I knew it would make me feel like a dumbass for spending $750 on a kit that has been nothing but trouble trying to get it calibrated in the EMS. The AEM WB02 is CHEAPER and EASIER to use with the EMS, jump on this guys! I may have an almost new FJO kit available for sale pretty soon, unless I get the display and EMS synched perfectly

I don't think the calibration issue is within the wideband controller itself. The issue has to do with the ecu and the controller using different references for ground. The controller simply uses the information it gets from the sensor and converts it into a voltage that can be read by the ecu and reinterpreted as an air/fuel ratio.

It isn't that hard to supply the ecu with a voltage from 0-5 volts and monitor it with a multi-meter and at the same time watch o2 raw and tune the o2 gain until they match for the majority of the range of 0-5 that your wideband controller uses. I realize the desire for complete accuracy but in reality its pretty difficult to tune to the accuracy of .1 AFR points. A few degrees of air temp can make that difference.
