Default engine build

Would it be better to have the B18c1 block bored to 2.0L and sleeve it or would it be better to bore it to 84mm and sleeve it both using JE 9.0-9.5 : 1 pistons and Eagle rods. Keep in mind I want the compression to stay down for a turbo build. Also that motor is Vtec right. I mean this build would be considered a built GSR turbo build right.

you might want to figure out what you're building before you build a motor.

I do know what I am building but I just wanted to throw around some different ideas to see what others thought. Thanks for not helping much.

my bad man.....well is it going to be a daily driver or a track car? How much whp are you shooting for? If its going to be a track car go for the 2.0 if its going to be a daily driver i would just suggest going with the overbore.

Its cool. It wont be a daily driver, more like a weekend thing and shows. Stuff like that. But I want to do some track runs. I am shooting for 400+ whp. I read an article a few months ago and someone took this motor and got 540+ but they didnt say anything more than what type of motor and turbo settup they were running. That would be the ultimate goal but I am trying to be realistic and relatively safe but Iat the same time I want to be able to smoke some asses. You know what I mean?

Well if you sleeved the block you would def. be able to with-hold 400whp....providing you do everything else right as well. Just sleeving the block doesnt mean you can just push everything else in the motor to 400hp......know what i mean? It wont be cheap either though so plan on spending alot of money.
