Default building a 1.6 dohc zc motor

i am building a motor for my 1989 honda civic.i need to know what i should put in this motor like rods,intake anything to get to like 300 hp on pump gas.thanks in advance.my car has a 1.5 in it now lol 90hp!!i bought a car that has the zc in it i just want to rebuild it before i put it in my car.

should i go with a low compression piston?and what do i need to do to use a gulf turbo? is that my best choice?i saw a few guys talking and showing dyno numbers on an old thred on the zc motor.i think his name was laim?how about injectors, fuel rail,computer options?
