Default Broken Intercooler! - can this cause my vacuum problems?

Hallo,

a few days ago i realized that my intercooler is broken.
now i thought that this is the reason why i have only aprox. 500mbar abs. pressure at idle and at high decel. situations the maximum vacuum possible is 350-400mbar abs. pressure.

can that be the solution... hopefully... ;-)

No, because the vacuum is measured from the manifold after the throttle body, IC has no effect on vacuum, you'll just leak boost and if you'd have a MAF/AFM sensored carm, it wouldnt run.
