Default Broken bolt in manifold

Does this happen alot to other people? When I had both my drag3 manifold and now my blox exhaust manifold, both eventually had one of the bolts snap in half and so half of the bolt is stuck in the manifold.

Whats the best way to prevent this, and also what is the best way to get the damn bolt out? These were grade 8 bolts...

Use a tap and die set to get out the bolt.

Just use a screw remover. They are basically square in cross-section, unlike EZ-outs, which are a left-hand screw.

I have never used an EZ-out without breaking it. The square kind work like a charm.
